Riverstone Royal Chocolate Kiss Martini
here is the recipe for the choc martini from the Riverstone restaurant in Exton, PA.
- 2oz Vodka (says Absolut, I’ve used Smirnoff or Belvedere)
- 3/4 oz Chambord
- 3/4 oz Godiva Dark Chocolate Liquor
- 1/2 oz Half & Half Cream (i don’t measure this, so i probably do about 1 oz. i use Fat Free Half & Half)
- chocolate shavings (if desired)
Mix into shaker with ice. Swirl bottom of martini glass with chocolate syrup, then strain shaker into glass.
If desired, shave chocolate and sprinkle on top, then garnish with Hershey’s Kiss.
